We are seeking a seasoned broker engagement specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers across the united states.

key responsibilities:
* broker engagement: proactively reach out to mortgage brokers to educate them about our non-qm loan products and help them understand how these solutions fit their clients' needs.
* product education: teach brokers about our product offerings and provide support to ensure they are equipped to make informed decisions.
* scenario intake & sales support: collect borrower scenarios and identify viable loan options to collaborate with account executives and move deals forward.
* customer success: deliver exceptional customer service through quick response times and knowledgeable support to represent us with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.
requirements:
* fluency: fluent in both english and spanish (written and verbal).
* experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
* skills: strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, results-oriented mindset, high energy, and self-discipline.
