This partnerships coordinator role is designed for someone eager to grow by building and launching new partnership initiatives through real, hands-on experience in the gaming industry.the candidate will be responsible for the following critical growth lever: expanding the free fire brand through strategic licensing and sponsorships. The ideal candidate is a master negotiator who is equally comfortable in a corporate boardroom. The primary goal is to elevate the free fire brand's presence across spanish-speaking latin america through high-impact collaborations. Ip licensing: identify and close licensing deals with partners in key categories (apparel, electronics, fmcg, etc.) that align with our users' profiles. While revenue is a factor, your primary kpi is brand awareness and market penetration. Sponsorship sales: proactively scout and secure brand sponsors for our major pillars, including the local esports league, offline campaign events, and digital activations. Campaign integration: act as the lead person-in-charge (pic) for campaign-specific partnerships. You will bridge the gap between our internal campaign team and external partners (music artists, celebrities, major brands, etc.), ensuring that the creative vision of the campaign is matched by a robust commercial agreement. Experience & skills: 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or field marketing, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industries in latam. A proven track record of closing complex deals, from ip licensing to event sponsorships. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from internal creative teams to external corporate partners and community leaders. Fluency in spanish and english is mandatory. Success metrics: number and quality of brand licensing placements. Total sponsorship value secured for esports and events.
