key responsibilities:
strategic hr leadership:

- develop and implement hr strategies that align with the agroindustry sector's goals and objectives.
- collaborate with senior management to identify hr-related challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Talent acquisition and management:

- oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for positions across various.
- develop strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
- work closely with hiring managers to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce to meet operational demands.

Employee relations:

- act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and teamwork.
- ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Training and development:

- identify training needs and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation and benefits:

- manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- monitor industry trends to ensure the organization's packages are competitive within.
- oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
- implement performance metrics and key performance indicators to measure employee productivity.

Hr compliance:

- ensure all hr policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations specific.
- keep abreast of changes in labor laws and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

- bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- several years of progressive hr experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or senior management role within the agroindustry sector.
- strong knowledge of agroindustry-specific challenges and requirements.
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- proficent english
