Key responsibilities1. Master the top-of-funnel (acquisition to application)- the /"front door/" strategy: own the product roadmap for our customer-facing assets (website, landing pages, mobile web, and consumer experience). - conversion rate optimization: relentless focus on moving users from /"curious/" to /"applicant./" you will design and execute rapid a/b tests on value propositions, cta placement, and form design to maximize lead capture. - the hand-off: ensure a seamless transition of data from the consumer front-end into our core credit decisioning engine. You ensure the application is complete and high-quality before it enters the underwriting phase.2. Build trust & education tools- payment & affordability tools: design intuitive loan calculators and budget first search tools. Help users understand exactly what they can afford before they apply or walk into a dealership, reducing rejection rates downstream. - frictionless onboarding: implement modern identity verification and data capture (ocr, autofill, progressive profiling) to make the application process feel like magic, not paperwork. - mobile-first ux: mexico is a mobile-first market. You will ensure our discovery and application process is blazing fast and intuitive on mobile devices.3. Data-led growth & personalization- funnel forensics: obsessively monitor the b2c funnel (click → land → quote → apply). Use tools like mixpanel or amplitude to identify exactly where users get stuck. - experimentation culture: you don't guess. You run experiments. You will lead the testing strategy to lower customer acquisition cost (cac) and increase lead velocity. - marketing alignment: work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the product delivers on the promises made in our ad campaigns (seo/sem alignment).who you are- the scientist: you believe that if it isn't measured, it didn't happen. You can confidently articulate /"why/" we are building a feature to stakeholders and /"how/" it works to engineers.requirements- experience: 5+ years in product management, with a strong focus on b2c, consumer growth, fintech, or e-commerce. - conversion expertise: proven track record of improving conversion rates (cro) and optimizing registration/application flows. Experience with high-traffic consumer funnels is essential. - fintech/lending exposure (plus): understanding of the /"lead to loan/" lifecycle or experience in a consumer lending environment is a strong advantage. - technical comfort: comfortable discussing front-end technologies, event tracking (gtm/segment), and apis with engineering teams. - toolkit: proficiency with product and analytics tools (jira, figma, google analytics 4, mixpanel, optimizely/vwo).education: bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.language: fluent english
