The Responsibilities
The Director of Human Resources will oversee HR functions for Reynosa and US operations, including:
HR Strategy & Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies that drive business objectives, culture, and engagement.
Organizational Development & Change Management: Partner with leadership to manage workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment for salaried and hourly employees; ensure effective onboarding and workforce planning.
Training & Development: Implement leadership and technical training programs; manage performance processes; ensure compliance with Mexican training regulations.
Employee Relations & Labor: Build strong employee relations; lead collective bargaining and union negotiations in Mexico.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations: Oversee HR systems, cross-border policies, expatriate management, and workforce analytics.
Environmental Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
The Candidate
We are seeking an accomplished HR executive with the skills and experience to lead human resources across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be:
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong knowledge of U.S. and Mexican labor laws.
Experienced in maquiladora operations and labor union negotiations in Mexico.
A strategic partner to senior leadership, able to align HR strategy with business objectives.
A team builder and talent developer, capable of strengthening HR capabilities and fostering an engaged workforce.
Highly skilled in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both operational depth and strategic vision.

Location & Travel
