Qualifications
bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a combination of technical education and relevant work history in electrical and controls maintenance minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing facility preferred rockwell, allen bradley, siemens plc and drives scada system and hmi application experience industrial ethernet networks cad experience with autocad ethernet and ip configurations power distribution circuit design, automation, control systems design electrical repairs and testing ac and dc circuit design and troubleshooting
responsibilities
support cable manufacturing production lines create and edit plc programs, repair and replace damaged and worn electrical components,, drives or motors troubleshoot and identify root cause of failures in plc, drives, communications devices and electrical issues with equipment and repair excellent analytics and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions under pressure ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure ability to prioritize and organize effectively improve output, efficiency, and manufacturing cost through continuous improvement create standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance plans for equipment and audit provide training and mentor other maintenance personnel direct maintenance technicians for successful completion of assigned projects strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously familiarity with health and safety policies and regulations
