 * proven experience managing hr operations and employee relations.
key contributions:
 * manage all hr operational processes: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and employee records.
 * ensure compliance with labor legislation, child protection policies, and institutional hr guidelines.
 * lead and coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with the regional hr team.
 * develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees.
 * provide coaching and support to department leaders in areas such as performance, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
 * promote a strong organizational culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives.
 * act as the local liaison for regional hr projects, ensuring proper implementation.
 * prepare and analyze hr reports, metrics, and kpis to support strategic decision-making.
