We are seeking an experienced *senior business analyst* to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- stay current on the latest processes and it advancements to automate and modernize systems
- conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- perform requirements analysis
- document and communicate the results of your efforts in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
- effectively convey insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
*requirements*:
- minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst
- proficiency in salesforce, salesforce account engagement (pardot), and salesforce sales cloud
- expertise in conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- qualifications in performing requirements analysis
- skills in documenting results effectively
- familiarity with modern it advancements
- fluent english communication skills at a b2+ level
