Job Summary
The Vice President of Marketing will serve as a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s overall marketing and brand strategy. This role is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing all marketing functions including demand generation, community engagement, digital marketing, brand identity, campaigns, content strategy, and partnership development.
This senior-level position requires a dynamic, creative, adaptable, and data-driven leader with strong commercial marketing experience. The idóneo candidate will have a track record of building high-performing teams, managing multi-channel platforms and vendors, and driving growth across diverse markets.
The VP of Marketing will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and strengthening trust with audiences across the U.S. and Mexico through culturally aligned and results-oriented strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies focused on the U.S. and Mexico, aligned with the organization’s business goals.
- Oversee all marketing departments, including brand, content, digital, social, creative, media, and analytics.
- Manage internal and external media buyers to ensure high performance and ROI across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain in-depth, hands-on knowledge of omnichannel platforms including paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, CMS, and marketing analytics tools.
- Optimize advertising spend and ensure effective budget allocation across campaigns.
- Develop campaigns that resonate across diverse consumer segments, ensuring regional alignment and messaging consistency.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, brand voice, and messaging across all platforms and regions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content, brand assets, and marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
- Leverage marketing analytics and consumer insights to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Define clear KPIs, analyze results, and report regularly to senior leadership.
- Promote a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the full marketing team including digital, content, media, and creative functions.
- Collaborate closely with others departments to align marketing strategies with business priorities.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience leading marketing strategies, particularly in the U.S. and Mexico.
- Demonstrated success in market expansion, brand development, and client acquisition.
- Strong expertise in media buying, paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, CRM, and omnichannel strategy.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, performance dashboards, and marketing technology tools.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per month
