Supplier quality engineer job description
we are seeking a skilled supplier quality engineer to ensure that materials meet the highest quality standards and key characteristics are effectively controlled for customer satisfaction.

1. lead fai approvals: coordinate with suppliers to obtain first article inspection (fai) reports and ensure that they meet the required standards.
2. incoming inspection activities: conduct regular inspections of incoming materials to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
3. quality auditor coordination: lead quality auditors in conducting on-site audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. analyze operational opportunities: identify areas for improvement in supplier management processes and propose practical solutions.
5. communicate supplier issues: communicate any supplier issues or concerns to relevant departments in a timely manner.
6. manage mrb area: manage the material review board (mrb) area for supplier-related issues and issue non-conformance reports (ncrs) as necessary.
bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fields required. 4+ years of experience in supplier management and negotiation.
