Job summary:
we are seeking a skilled and experienced mobile insurance specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can promote insurance solutions to match customers' wealth needs and increase insurance penetration through premier segment.
key responsibilities:
promote hsbc insurance solutions to meet customer needs, particularly in savings, retirement, and investment
identify and capture insurance business opportunities with prompt follow-up on analytically driven leads and campaigns
maintain a high level of submitted-to-issued ratio with prompt follow-up and after-sales service
provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to ensure the insurance/protection needs of premier nrc customers are well fulfilled
establish effective working relationships with other teams within the branch and other relevant partners to ensure a consistent approach and application of outstanding service standards
* strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions
* deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products, including knowledge of financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to the products
* extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities
* demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs
* solid skills to manage consultative sales process
* team player with collaborative skills
requirements:
the ideal candidate will have:
* at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* proficiency in ms office and crm systems
