Responsibilities: · prepare variances reporting for top management regarding closing costing.
· collaborate on budgeting/capex process, including expenses controlling, budget planning, forecasting and support on preparing closing report.
· labor cost and headcount analysis, manhour analysis with plant.
· annual planning for labor cost and hc.
· participate in other activities related to management.
qualifications: · more than 3 years of experience in fp&a or cost accounting.
· proactive role in problem solving in situations that require immediate resolution
· english fluent is required
· strong excel and powerpoint skills
· experience developing financial reports and metrics
