we are a fast-growing hospitality platform focused on building distinctive restaurant and hospitality concepts with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, guest experience, and long-term brand development.
with multiple concepts operating today and additional openings planned over the coming years, we are entering an exciting period of growth and are seeking a vice president of operations to help scale the organization, build infrastructure, and partner closely with leadership on the company's next phase of expansion.
this is not a traditional corporate hospitality role. We are looking for a builder—someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and wants to help create the next generation of hospitality brands.
the opportunity
the vice president of operations will oversee operations across the hospitality portfolio while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth strategy, organizational development, and future expansion.
this individual will play a critical role in shaping the company's operating infrastructure as new concepts are launched and the platform continues to scale.
the ideal candidate is equally comfortable spending time in the restaurants, coaching operators, solving operational challenges, and contributing to higher-level strategic planning.
what you'll do operations leadership
* oversee day-to-day operations across the hospitality portfolio.

* recruit, develop, and mentor restaurant and hospitality leaders.
* help build organizational structures that support future growth.
* foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.
* partner with leadership on talent planning and succession initiatives.
strategic partnership
* work closely with executive leadership on key business initiatives.
* participate in operational planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
* identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
* serve as a hands-on operator and trusted partner as the business continues to grow.
who you are
* 8+ years of hospitality operations leadership experience.
* proven experience managing multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle concepts.
* experience working within growth-stage restaurant groups, hospitality brands, or founder-led organizations.
* strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, financial performance, and guest experience.
* comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments.
* willing to be highly hands-on and lead from the front.
* strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
* builder mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
