Hrbp position summary the bilingual labor relations coordinator is responsible for supporting foxconn’s labor relations strategy by fostering positive employee–management communication, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and assisting in the resolution of workplace issues. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, fluency in english and spanish, and the ability to work collaboratively with hr, operations, and leadership teams. The coordinator will play a key role in maintaining a productive, fair, and legally compliant work environment. Key responsibilities support labor relations programs by assisting in the implementation of policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with corporate and local regulations. Serve as a liaison between employees, supervisors, and hr to address workplace concerns and promote effective communication. Assist in conflict resolution by gathering information, conducting preliminary investigations, and supporting mediation processes. Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and collective agreements (if applicable). Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions. Support training initiatives on labor relations topics, workplace conduct, and company policies. Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure adherence to labor standards and hr best practices. Collaborate with hr teams on employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives. Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities, grievances, and resolutions. Provide bilingual communication support for meetings, documentation, and employee interactions. Qualifications bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or a related field. Fluency in english and spanish (spoken and written) required. 1–3 years of experience in labor relations, hr, or employee relations within a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and hr best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Problem‑solving and negotiation abilities with a focus on fairness and compliance. Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in ms office and hr information systems. Preferred skills experience in large‑scale manufacturing or multinational companies. Familiarity with union environments or collective bargaining processes. Training or certification in labor relations, conflict resolution, or hr compliance.
