 
        Key responsibilities - assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and its analysis - support the development and monitoring of plant budgets and forecasts. - conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve performance. - collaborate with operations, logistics, and other departments to align financial goals. - ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. - participate in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and capital expenditure tracking. - assist in financial audits and implement process improvements based on findings. - maintain and enhance erp and financial reporting systems (e.g., sap, oracle). Qualifications - bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - strong understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting principles. - proficiency in microsoft excel and erp systems (sap, oracle, or similar). - excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - english fluent - cpa or cma certification is a plus.
