Quality product inspector role
we are seeking a highly skilled quality product inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and implementing processes that ensure efficient production.
the primary responsibility of this role is to define the inspection status of materials and ensure the correct flow of non-conforming material. You will release product in production lines, verify product quality according to inspection instruction sheets, record inspection results, coordinate tests, and monitor process parameters.
you will also be responsible for visual inspections, rework inspections, preparing reports, verifying poka yokes usage, and providing feedback. Additionally, you will have the authority to stop production lines if non-conforming product is detected.
to succeed in this role, you should have a high school or technical career, or related experience in the automotive industry. Key skills include focus on results, communication, problem analysis, planning, and conflict resolution.
