we’re hiring: channel manager pharmacy at omron healthcare, responsible for owning channel strategy, customer relationships, and business performance, driving sustainable growth across key pharmacy accounts.
what you will own
* lead and execute channel strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability
* own full p&l; performance: net sales, gross margin, trade investment, and roi
* manage and grow key pharmacy accounts and commercial agreements
* drive forecast accuracy, demand planning, and inventory health
* identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions
* collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, finance, supply chain)
* track kpis, deliver business reviews, and drive action plans
* coach and strengthen commercial capabilities
what we are looking for
* 5+ years of experience in channel management, key account, or sales roles
* strong experience in pharmacy, otc, consumer health, or fmcg
* proven ownership of sales targets and profitability (p&l)
* experience managing pharmacy chains or similar channels
* strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* high financial acumen (pricing, margins, roi)
* advanced excel & powerpoint
* english is a plus
