As a *delivery manager*, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our software products to customers. You will ensure that all software deliveries are *made on time*, *within budget*, and to the *customer's satisfaction*. You will be responsible for managing a team of delivery leads, coordinating software deliveries, and ensuring that all software delivery operations are running smoothly.

- oversee the delivery of software products to customers
- ensure that all software deliveries are made on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction
- develop and maintain delivery schedules, milestones, and project plans
- coordinate with customers to schedule software deliveries and address any concerns or issues
- manage quality assurance and testing processes to ensure high-quality software delivery
- manage project risks and ensure that delivery milestones are met
- monitor software delivery performance and provide regular reports to management
- work with other departments, including development, sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that all customer needs are met
- provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members

- bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- *5+ years of experience* in software delivery management
