As a Talent Acquisition Partner in FLSmidth, you will have a diversity of tasks, from working with international and local recruitment, to involvement in employer branding, benchmarking of salary levels and psychometric assessments. You have both integral and senior management exposure while also engaging with colleagues in People & Sustainability to align on contract negotiations, succession planning and using systems and processes in Workday. You will join a global talent acquisition team with colleagues located on all continents and report to a Global Talent Acquisition Lead. You will be based in our office in Monterrey, Mexico and will support hiring managers that are hiring for a variety of roles, including but not limited to IT, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR positions.

A minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with hands-on experience of end-to-end recruitment.
Experience with agency and in-house (corporate) recruitment & talent acquisition roles.
Experience and interest in working for a global company with an international workforce.
Business-fluent English & Spanish communication (verbal & written) with additional preference for conversational Portuguese language skills.
An inherent desire to continually learn and provide subject matter expertise around Talent Acquisition to others throughout the organization.
