the role of the experience creator is multifaceted and highly impactful. This position requires a professional to design, develop, and oversee unique experiences for guests that elevate their stays, drive demand, increase revenue, and foster loyalty.
key responsibilities:
* design and develop comprehensive experience portfolios that align with brand value propositions, travel trends, and target customer motivations.
* create innovative concepts that translate into saleable, unique, and emotionally impacting experiences, generating a competitive advantage in the market.
* develop personalized itineraries that combine hotel services with cultural, natural, or local attractions, catering to diverse customer profiles.
* lead the experience monetization strategy, collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to define optimal prices, packaging, and distribution channels.
* promote strategic alliances with artists, chefs, luxury brands, local suppliers, and other relevant profiles to enrich the portfolio of experiences and add brand value.
* craft compelling promotional content and storytelling for experiences, ensuring coherence and correct dissemination across all communication channels.
* evaluate the impact of experiences, analyzing indicators of reputation, customer satisfaction, commercial conversion, and revenue.
* coordinate visual and descriptive communication of experiences, ensuring accurate representation in physical and digital touchpoints.
* organize regular meetings with operational department leaders to ensure seamless implementation of experiences.
* develop training and awareness sessions to educate team members on the purpose and delivery of each experience.
requirements:
* academic background in administration, tourism, marketing, quality, or related fields.
* proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in guest relations, concierge, marketing, or events.
* passion for service, high level of empathy, and detail orientation.
* knowledge of international luxury standards (forbes, lqa, etc.).
* able to design customized experiences for diverse guest profiles.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish.
* proficiency in technological tools (crm systems, pms, itinerary design tools).
* creativity, aesthetic sensibility, and sense of constant innovation.
* ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* knowledge of global trends in luxury, wellness, gastronomy, and local experiences.
