Software engineering leadership opportunity
as a seasoned software technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of memory seat modules. This high-profile position requires a deep understanding of robust architecture and compliance with automotive standards.
the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software planning, estimation, and delivery for global oem programs. They must coordinate with system, hardware, and test teams to ensure seamless integration and oversee the implementation of embedded software for seat control functionalities.
* technical expertise: strong experience in autosar architecture, configuration tools, and functional safety standards is mandatory.
* leadership & strategy: serve as the technical authority for software design decisions and risk assessments, and support the definition and evolution of software architecture for memory seat modules.
* project ownership: accountable for software planning, estimation, and delivery for global oem programs, and coordinate with system, hardware, and test teams to ensure seamless integration.
* advanced development & quality assurance: oversee the implementation of embedded software for seat control functionalities (memory positions, heating, venting, supervised movement), and ensure adherence to coding standards, cybersecurity requirements, and functional safety guidelines.
* customer & stakeholder management: act as the senior technical interface for oem customers and internal stakeholders, and prepare and present high-level technical documentation and reports.
* mentorship & process improvement: coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth, and drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools.
