the role acts as a consultative partner to the client and dealerships, identifying gaps, designing standardization strategies, and supporting the process of continuous improvement.working scheme: on siteresponsibilitiesconduct comprehensive diagnostics in dealerships to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement regarding brand standards.design implementation strategies for standards aligned with the client's objectives and the specific context of each dealership.lead change management processes, ensuring the adoption of new standards across operational, commercial, and service areas.develop and deliver training programs and workshops for dealership staff, ensuring effective understanding and application of standards.coordinate and monitor the implementation of action plans in dealerships, ensuring timely and proper execution.generate clear and strategic executive reports documenting progress, achievements, and areas of opportunity.advise dealership leaders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable compliance with standards.collaborate with the client's internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure consistency and alignment in implementation.qualificationsbachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business or related field (postgraduate studies in project management, quality, or organizational change are desirable).
minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting, management, or operations coordination in automotive dealerships, project management, or standards implementation in the automotive or service industry.knowledge of change management methodologies, process management, and organizational training.experience leading improvement projects in dealerships or commercial networks.
ability to interact at both executive and operational levels, with a focus on clear and persuasive communication.advanced english (desirable).
