assists in the planning, designing, testing, training, maintenance and implementation of common database and software functionality used primarily for, but not limited to, manufacturing, order management and customer service.
activities include interaction with order management users and system development personnel to ensure maximum functionality at the lowest costs.

40% procedure development, including process change coordination with all facilities and testing thereof.
develop and document software testing criteria and coordinate testing thereof.
assist in the planning and development of system training materials and guides manufacturing associates.
maintains system data that determines security, product and communication profiles.
40% identify system needs relating to order management and customer/manufacturing requirements, recommending and
assisting in the development and testing of system enhancements.
provides support during system production parallel efforts and determines "readiness" of software and/or modifications.
20% provides post system implementation support primarily, but not limited to, the manufacturing department.

responsible for maintaining critical system data relating to product and communication profiles (approximately 6,000 orders per day) and department security.
identifies and takes an active role in problem resolution and recommendations on system enhancements and acts independently on most decisions relating to software and/or modification functionality that supports annual sales in excess of $500 million.
