your profile:
bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration focused on hr, or a comparable qualification
3-5 years of experience in hr, particularly in employee services and human relations processes

advanced english skills (written and spoken)
analytical and problem-solving skills
project management experience
quality orientation
knowledge of health management
understanding of labor law and legal compliance
strong consulting, moderating, and facilitating skills
