responsibilities
* lead the technical direction of development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
* design and implement scalable software solutions using microsoft technologies (.net framework, .net 8, sql server, azure).
* oversee the migration and evolution of legacy systems toward microservices architecture.
* provide technical mentorship and guidance to developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
* collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
* ensure secure development practices, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
* manage deployments and ci/cd pipelines using azure devops.
* monitor and optimize cloud resources and application performance in azure.
* maintain and enhance existing applications, including those built with asp.net web forms, windows forms, and asmx web services.
requirements
* advanced proficiency in .net framework 4.6, including: asp.net web forms, windows forms, windows services, asmx web services
* strong experience with .net 8, including: asp.net core web api. Class libraries & nuget packages, entity framework and ado.net
* experience with crystal reports and syncfusion winforms ui controls.
* advanced sql server skills, including: stored procedures, functions, triggers, jobs, linked servers, performance tuning and optimization
* solid knowledge of ssis (sql server integration services) for etl processes.
* experience with security frameworks such as azman, msal, and membership.
* hands-on experience with azure devops and azure cloud services (resource management, deployments, monitoring).
* familiarity with microservices architecture and tools such as: dapr, service bus, api gateway
* strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable system design.
* proven ability to make technical decisions and solve complex problems.
* previous experience as a tech lead
* strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and results-oriented approach.
