the residence manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner's satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.

* responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owners satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.
* serve as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
* conduct tours with contractors and suppliers, ensure that access is registered, and always accompany external personnel to ensure security.
* charge the owners' accounts for water purchases or any other requested requirements.
* verify monthly account statements of the owners, ensuring corrections of errors and questioning utilities depending on visits and consumption.
* maintain complete and updated documentation related to the residences under your responsibility, such as insurance policies, contracts, and others.

qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, hotel management or related field of study is preferred.
* +4 years of proven experience as residence / property manager in the hospitality industry.
* strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
* excellent financial and accountant acumen with a track record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs.
* high level of professionalism and integrity.
* must be proficient in oral and written english and spanish.
* certified property manager (cpm) or similar certification would be a plus
