* minimum 8 years of aggressive sales experience, including 3–4 years leading teams of 10+ members.

* strong proficiency in english and spanish (written and spoken).
* exceptional numerical aptitude and commercial acumen — ability to interpret data and make quick, informed decisions.
* experienced in excel, powerpoint, and analytical tools.
* demonstrated success in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, startup‑like environments ; experience in hospitality, retail, or real estate is a plus.
