key responsibilities
* create and review complex pricing models, quotes, and other essential documents
* analyze and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for our sales teams
* ensure all opportunity-related documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies
* act as a trusted partner, providing expert support to internal customers throughout the deal lifecycle
* identify and proactively lead small-scale process improvements to increase efficiency
requirements
* a minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in a sales support or global deal operations role
* exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* mandatory fluency in english, with excellent written and oral communication skills
* strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
* proficiency with google suite and microsoft office, with a strong understanding of microsoft excel and pricing tools
