Manage knowledge content definition and strategy, leading the development of a robust content architecture, and formulating strategies for creating, auditing, and maintaining high-quality content specifically tailored for cemex employees.
*main responsibilities*:
- define the knowledge management strategy for cemex ges knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of different skill levels.
- lead, coach, and develop a team of authors (smes) from each department.
- establish writing guidelines based on knowledge base best practices and develop the team to ensure they are achieving them.
- providing information, test and user experience cases through ai copilots are required for future transformation developing projects.
