you'll work closely with clients, underwriters, and agents to deliver high-quality service, maintain accurate documentation, and help clients make informed insurance decisions.key responsibilities:· guide clients in selecting commercial and personal property insurance coverage.
· prepare and process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals.
· maintain detailed records of client information and communications.
· collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive quotes and terms.
· respond promptly to client inquiries with professional support.
· monitor policy expirations and assist with renewals or adjustments.
· ensure compliance with u.s. insurance standards and company procedures.qualifications:· –3+ years of experience in commercial or personal property insurance.
· knowledge of u.s. insurance products, coverage types, and regulations.
· strong communication and client service skills.
· proficient in microsoft office and crm software.
· detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
