the role
sinclair is looking for a key account manager in mexico, tijuana. The purpose of the role is to deliver the injectable portfolio sales targets and objectives in the defined territory. This includes responsibility for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close and training customers where necessary on all products within the sinclair mexico injectable portfolio. The position involves working closely with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies to expand the customer base, achieve customer satisfaction, and generate increased revenue in line with sinclair’s vision and values. To achieve success on the above points, it is essential to have strong sales skills, account planning, kpi setting, and time management discipline.

essential:
• at least 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the aesthetic industry.
• proven track record in achievement.
• strong evidence of sales performance.
• excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• understand the sales process, negotiation skills, and the importance of applying sales principles into each business opportunity.
desirable:
• customer knowledge and market dynamics.
• experience in the use of crm platforms.
• english proficiency.

key responsibilities
• develop strong relationships with the customers in the territory.
• development of new customers to sinclair in the territory.
• create a simple monthly operating rhythm within the territory as well as the wider sinclair mexico team with a performance dashboard.
• develop and improve selling skills and competencies.
• plan and carry out the sales and promotion of the sinclair mexico injectables portfolio to clinicians/customers in order to achieve territory sales objectives.
• provide clinician training (workshops) for the proper use of the sinclair mexico injectable portfolio, within or outside the territory.
• attend congresses/meetings pertinent to the various treatment applications of sinclair’s portfolio of injectable products.
• create and maintain quality professional relationships with all customers within the territory.
• accountable for achieving the territory’s sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• work with the national sales manager to analyse and develop the territory.
• responsible for managing, monitoring, reporting, and communicating on the territory’s performance on a monthly basis to the national sales manager.
• work closely with the sales manager to provide balanced feedback on marketing materials/campaign impact in the territory.
