Your key responsibilities
* develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs tailored for mechanics and automotive service professionals.
* provide on-site and remote technical support to the technical call center and to mechanics and customers, troubleshooting complex automotive issues.
* collaborate with the automotive aftermarket technical support team to update and optimize training content based on the latest product developments and market trends, creating videos, articles and podcasts.
* monitor and assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.
* serve as a subject matter expert during technical consultations, supporting problem resolution and continuous education.
* coordinate logistics and materials for training sessions, ensuring all necessary tools and documentation are available.
* maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies, diagnostics, and repair techniques relevant to the aftermarket.
* support marketing and sales teams by providing technical insights and training support during customer engagements or events.
your qualifications
* technical degree or equivalent qualification in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
* proven experience in automotive aftermarket technical support, ideally with hands‑on mechanical repair and diagnostics.
* strong training and presentation skills with experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
* fluency in spanish (native or bilingual) and proficiency in english; excellent communication skills for training delivery and support.
* ability to travel within mexico for on‑site training and support activities.
* strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures specific to the aftermarket.
* customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
