A global manufacturing company is in search of its plant controller in silao, guanajuato.
*key activities*
- oversee financial reporting for the manufacturing plant.
- ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- develop and manage budgets in collaboration with plant management.
- provide accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making.
- conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- collaborate with operational teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
- provide insights into key drivers of financial performance.
- contribute to the development of long-term financial plans for the plant.
- align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- master degree is preferred
- minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role. (preferably in automotive manufacturing)
- 10 years of experience in financial analysis
