about the role
at didi, we are building a brand‑new business model for the mobility industry in mexico. The franchise business developer will serve as the engine of this expansion, architecting growth rather than simply selling. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who manage driver communities, acting as a business consultant to help them grow from "0 to 100" while ensuring the highest operational standards.
What you’ll do
strategic hunting: actively prospect and close deals with new high‑potential franchise partners (smes, fleet owners, or entrepreneurs).
Business farming: once a partner is onboarded, lead their growth by optimizing costs, improving recruitment, and scaling operations.
Lifecycle management: manage the end‑to‑end relationship, from initial onboarding to monthly performance reviews and ranking.
Data‑driven consulting: use dashboards and kpis to identify gaps and provide actionable advice to partners.
Field presence: spend 90% of your time in the field, building real relationships and understanding the local market.
What we’re looking for
4+ years in business development, key account management (kam), or sales.
Industry background in corporate banking (pyme), fleet/leasing management, or franchise development.
A commercial mindset with grit to open new markets, paired with an analytical mind for portfolio management.
Proficiency in excel and google suite.
Native spanish; basic english is a plus.
Comfort with field work (90%) and mobility around the city.
