• coordinar las actividades diarias, proporcionando dirección administrativa y técnica, así como interpretar las políticas y procedimientos del área.
• planificar, desarrollar y evaluar planes y objetivos de corto y mediano plazo dirigidos a optimizar los procedimientos del almacén.
•participar en la formulación del presupuesto anual del área, estimados de costos de capital y evaluaciones de la factibilidad económica y financiera de las mejoras de procesos y proyectos.
• asegurar que los requerimientos de los clientes internos sean atendidos en forma oportuna garantizando un servicio eficiente a usuarios finales.
• mantener actualizadas y conciliadas las existencias estableciendo inventarios cíclicos o aleatorios de los bienes almacenados e implementando medidas permanentes de control.
• planificar, coordinar y controlar las actividades del almacén como apoyo rutinario al desarrollo y optimización de los procesos de recepción de materiales, control de existencias, recuperación de activos, gestión de excedentes, despacho de materiales y labores administrativas.
• administrar los recursos humanos y materiales del área de almacenes.
implementar, analizar y controlar los indicadores claves de desempeño del departamento.
priorizar y planificar las actividades de trabajo, planificar recursos adicionales, establecer metas y objetivos, organizar y programar al personal y sus tareas, desarrollar planes realistas de acción.
cumplir otras funciones inherentes a su cargo, que le asigne su jefe inmediato.
asegurar el cumplimiento de normas iso 9001, 50001,14001, 45001 y ctpat/oea para preservar la seguridad e integridad del personal, de los bienes de la compañía y de la cadena de suministro.
