About the role
the enterprise applications support analyst delivers technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and seamless user experience. Serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, they translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. This is a global remote position, with occasional travel as required.
this exciting and fast paced role is part of a wider group it function delivering new technology and business change to a global enterprise and supporting its daily operations. Collaborating with people around the world and engaging with teams of different disciplines, you will be a key member of the team and help to influence our global delivery and support as well as engage with business analysts, technical teams, and our business users.

key responsibilities
troubleshooting application issues
monitoring system performance
contributing to knowledge management and documentation.
primary support focus will be oracle fusion, though will have some exposure to other applications such as fresh service o jira.
about you
experience with oracle fusion cloud as an implementer, consultant, or support team member.
strong written and spoken english, sufficient for supporting users and stakeholders globally.
knowledge of sql, oic or bi publisher is advantageous but not required
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
able to engage proactively with stakeholders
motivated to deliver high-quality outcomes
excellent ability to manage multiple competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements
itil knowledge is beneficial
ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concept
