in this role, you will impact the company's ability to meet customer demand and achieve production targets. Your ability to effectively schedule production activities will contribute to the overall success of the business by ensuring on-time delivery, minimizing inventory holding costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
responsibilities
* create and maintain the production schedule based on customer demand, capacity constraints, and inventory levels.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production plans and customer requirements.
* monitor and analyze production performance metrics such as schedule attainment, dle, otd, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components directly into production lines.
* communicate production schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
* participate in production planning meetings to provide input and insights on scheduling feasibility and constraints.
qualifications
* you must have
* 6+ years of experience in production scheduling and electronic field.
* experience with smt materials planning
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* proficiency in production planning software and erp systems (sap preferable)
* excellent english communication and collaboration skills.
* bachelor's degree in or a related field.
* we value
* experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
* apics certification.
