we're looking for a maintenance assistant to support the following activities:
* act as homeowners' primary point of contact, ensuring all maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
* conduct initial property evaluations to understand maintenance needs and create tailored service plans.
* arrange and oversee routine home maintenance, small repairs, and service appointments.
* identify larger projects, define the initial scope, and escalate them to the appropriate team.
* maintain constant communication with other departments to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* liaise with all parties involved in service delivery to guarantee a seamless experience for clients.
* oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring top-tier service from both in-house technicians and external vendors.

monday to friday
* regular schedule: 08:00 to 17:00 mexico city time
* daylight savings: 07:00 to 16:00 mexico city time
this position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in cdmx or gdl on the first day.
