Vigilance expert">we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced vigilance expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of our assets.">the successful candidate will be responsible for remotely monitoring security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity, coordinating with internal departments in case of an emergency or accident, and dispatching emergency calls to respond to video triggered incidents/situations.">as a vigilance expert, you'll also be responsible for ensuring the security of trucks, providing accident reports or video screens to the safety team in case of any accidents, and maintaining familiarity with workplace policies and other office rules and regulations.">you'll watch for any suspicious activity and disturbances, assess danger, and call for assistance if necessary. You'll also intervene to halt or prevent disturbances or other incidents and diffuse threatening or confrontational situations, if any.">in addition, you'll assist in carrying out emergency response plans in the event of an actual crisis, electronically maintain accurate and complete security records, and ask for proper and valid identification from everyone arriving at the yards, maintaining communication with them until the situation is resolved.">we're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
