The Role
As the Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst, you are the chief architect of data‑driven growth strategy; building finance‑grade forecasting models, translating pipeline signals into actionable insights, and partnering with Finance and GTM leadership to keep bookings and revenue within ±5% of plan. You’ll blend advanced analytics with sharp business storytelling to illuminate the levers that accelerate ARR, optimize quota design, and de‑risk our quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain bottoms‑up pipeline capacity models for New Business and Existing Business (Expansion / Retention); refresh weekly.
- Partner with Finance on annual planning and quarterly revenue forecasts; own GTM model assumptions and variance analysis.
- Run trend analyses on conversion funnels, productivity, retention; surface insights in executive dashboards & decks.
- Develop automated reporting (Python/SQL notebooks, Custom GPTs, etc.) to replace manual spreadsheet models.
- Present findings in MBRs and relevant team meetings; drive consensus on growth levers.
- Serve as RevOps liaison to Finance, GTM leadership, and BI.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in RevOps, FP&A;, or consulting with SaaS focus.
- An understanding of SaaS Revenue Metrics
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker or equivalent preferred.
- SQL and Python proficiency
- Strategic thinker, strong business acumen, persuasive communicator
- English proficiency at a business level
