Overview
in this role you are responsible to provide a central first level help desk support to companies that have a question/problem/issue. You will manage all incoming requests via telephone, with a follow up that might include calling them back and/or sending emails.
all requests come from companies located in the united states and canada.

* thorough knowledge of microsoft office software, including excel and outlook.
* consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
* excellent interpersonal and team skills
* self-motivated; works independently with little or no supervision
