5. Experience in project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum, critical path, etc.) 6. Experience in lean manufacturing tools (5s, vsd/vsm, jit, kanban, heijunka, oee, pdca, root cause analysis, etc.) 7. Experience in problem solving tools (5 whys, ishikawa diagram, pareto, flowcharts, swot, etc.

5. Ensure proper organization of steering/ review committees of all plant projects and support with relevant pm data.
6. Coach and support non-pep / pep projects and pep-operations in plant, to ensure the qgc fulfillment and enable the plant for sample production.
(pep: product development process) 7. Actively collect feedback from projects to contribute improvement of pm framework and pm excellence at bbm 8. Consult project managers development of pm employees.
9. Moderate project workshops,

11. Receive pmo targets from me/pmo enriched with bu and plant business needs.
12. Develop, implement, maintain, and improve all elements of project management for the plant.
13. Issue rules and regulations regarding project management for the plant.
14. Foster an adequate competence level for all pm roles.
15. Carry out pm maturity (self-)assessments.
