- *inbound & outbound calls*: handle a high volume of calls, including *rent collection outreach, tenant inquiries, and section 8-related concerns.*:
- *collections & payment management*: oversee and manage *rent collection efforts professionally and tactfully,* negotiating payment plans and following up on past-due balances.
- *tenant support & conflict resolution*: serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and resolving payment-related disputes with professionalism and empathy.
- *administrative documentation*: process lease agreements, rent payment forms, notices, and other necessary documentation with *accuracy and confidentiality.*:
- *compliance & confidentiality*: maintain tenant records and financial information in compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
- *multitasking & organization*: efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
*qualifications & requirements*:
*bilingual (english/spanish) - required* to communicate effectively with a diverse tenant base.
*call center or on-the-phone experience - strongly preferred, especially in collections or customer service.*
*collections experience - highly valued.* familiarity with rent collection procedures and tenant communication is a strong advantage.
*exceptional communication & negotiation skills* to handle sensitive payment discussions professionally.
*strong organizational & multitasking abilities* to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
*ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism & tact.*
*familiarity with section 8 & rent collection procedures* is a plus.
*high level of discretion & confidentiality* in handling sensitive tenant and financial information.
pay: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
