Shipping and receiving coordinator
responsibilities:
1. carry out the corresponding transactions for the receipt of productive material and equipment.
2. segregate material that does not meet the established receipt requirements.
3. manage receiving and shipping documentation: file packing slips or invoices of received materials in an orderly and controlled manner.
4. label incoming materials: identify the material with a receipt label and a security label (if required).
5. constant communication with internal clients and monitoring of their needs.
6. assist in the supervision of activities focused on the management of productive material in the shipping and
7. shipping area, make transfer of raw material and material count.
8. create the shipping plan and ensure its execution.
9. printing of shipping orders.
10. follow-up of packing instructions and shipments required by clients.
11. shipment processing: process each box in the system by assigning the appropriate carrier (ups, fedex, dhl, etc.), ensuring proper labeling and inclusion of all required shipping documentation.

12. oversee the shipping process of finished goods, ensuring compliance with customer-specific instructions regarding timing, quantities, and specifications.
order verification
13. verify that product quantities and specifications match purchase orders, recording shipments and ensuring accurate system entry.
material receiving:
14. coordinate the receipt of materials, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and storage according to established procedures.
documentation control:
15. maintain up-to-date records of shipments and receipts, ensuring traceability and availability of information for internal and external audits.
education and experience:
16. college degree (preferred)
17. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling. (preferred)
18. proficiency in microsoft office and data entry software (sap / as400).
