latin america & caribbean, with a regional structure based in mexico, oversees argentina, brazil, mexico, caribbean & central and south america markets.

In that context, the team is looking for a highly talented regional financial planning and analysis analyst. Positive attitude, great technical skills and strong commitment to support on various reporting and financial analysis are a must, as well as openness and interest in other languages and cultures.
the v.i.e (volontariat international en entreprise) program is an initiative by business france that enables young french and european citizens aged 18 to 28 to undertake a professional assignment abroad for a period of 6 to 24 months. we are seeking a vie candidate available to start on june 1st.
job responsibilities
* [reporting]: prepare and distribute monthly financial reports for mh and lvmh. Leverage power bi as tool for all internal reporting to executive management.
* [variance analysis]: follow-up on monthly business activity (volumes, revenue, ftt, a&p, ovhs), emphasizing variances vs. objectives and providing management with an understanding of performance.
* [forecast planning]: le's/prebudget/final budget/r&os.
* support finance manager with topaz load and integration of mh new forecast tool.
* manage data consolidation by coordinating all inputs from markets.
* perform data consistency checks (ex: if vol >0, rev >0).
* understand market's submissions / explain variances vs. previous forecast, provide analysis.
* partner with cfo & finance manager to prepare presentations for mh.
* [commercial finance]: support finance manager and andean gm with monthly follow up on business, ensure the quality of depletions data received is robust and manage integration in power bi, preparation of price list for the customers, ovhs analysis.
* [market support]: be a key contact for finance peers in markets.
* [upgrade tools & way of working] develop / modernization of monthly analysis tools to help lac markets and region to gain efficiency and improve deliverable.
profile
* a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline.
* previous experience in corporate finance.
* strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
* proficiency in ms excel, word, and powerpoint.
* ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
* good teamwork and communication skills.
* knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis tools (e.g., power bi, power query etc.) is a plus.
* fluent in english and basis of spanish / portuguese is a plus.
* someone enthusiastic, autonomous, efficient, eager to learn and progress with a positive attitude.
