program manager will facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for a defined customer. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage and enhance customer relationships. Provide full accountability for project budgets, schedules, project management, and performance requirements.
the program manager is accountable for sustaining the customer while contributing to company’s financial targets.
essential duties and responsibilities:
p&l management
interface with customer and internal teams during all phases of the product lifecycle (new product introduction, sustaining, and end of life).
monitor key performance metrics to effectively measure project status.
responsible for forecasting project budget and hr needs for current and future site needs
oversee eco (engineering change order) and change management process.
* primary point of contact for customer.
* manage all customer service issues.
* responsible for reporting to customer.
* customer focused team leadership.
* input on evaluation and assessment of team members for performance.
* identify potential training opportunities within the team.
* customer demand maintenance responsibility.
* new product introduction coordination for assigned customers.
* accountable for on-time delivery of product.
* accountable for e&o recovery.
* accountable for a/r recovery.
* rma/mrb follow up.
other duties:
* all the employees are responsible for the legal fulfillment, to recognize and submit with the environmental policy and procedures applicable to the system of environmental management of safety and health.
* take part in emergency brigades and the training required for the activities.
preferred skills:
excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills
proven ability to function independently and multi-task
proficiency in use of personal computers, microsoft office products (excel, word and powerpoint) and e-mail skills required
supply chain knowledge

* mrp knowledgeable.
experience/education:
experience in electronics, pcba and hla manufacturing preferred.
experience in multiple functional areas (engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, project/program management) preferred.
bachelor is degree, cepm certification or equivalent experience.
