- *assure compliance with safety and environmental legal requirements (stps, imss, profepa, semarnat, aepma, sct, cna).

- *develop and implement safety and environmental training programs (environmental and safety training matrix).
*:
- *establish and maintain an audit programme and procedures for periodic environmenal and safety management system (environmental and safety audit process).
*:
- *lead iso 45001, iso 14001 and ctpat management systems.
*:
- *lead and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce incidents and accidents.
*:
- *achieve 90% compliance in environmental and safety corporate self-assessment.
*:
- *lead and support environmental and safety commitees.
*:
- *give support to safety leaders in hpt.
*:
- *update internal and external iso 45001, iso14001 and ctpat documents and records.
*:
- *asssure effective implementation and follow up of contingency plan (brigades, drills, and fire system maintainence).
*:
- *lead investigation process for near miss, first aid, recordable and significants incidents.
*:
- *elaborate monthly corporate report (environmental and safety rates)*:
- *assure the proper follow up and implementation of sac's for environmental and safety management system.

- *establish and maintain the ergonomic program in accordance to corporate policy.

- *comply with activities specified in jci safety commitment letter.
*:
- *participate in safety subcommittees and safety audits as required.
