Proposal Development Expert
As a Proposal Development Expert, your primary responsibility will be to create compelling proposals that meet customer needs. This involves gathering cost data, timelines, and technical elements to craft proposals in line with Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.
- Analyzing customer scopes and specifications
- Ensuring proposal preparation procedures are followed and identifying areas for process improvement
- Assigning tasks to the team to meet proposal submission deadlines and generating cost calculations and sales prices
- Assessing and evaluating technical, commercial, exchange rate risks, and preparing cash flow projections
- Conducting cost and technical solution analyses to identify potential improvements or cost optimizations
- Registering offers on Salesforce and preparing regular reports for visualizing status and sales forecasts
- A Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of technical and economic proposal preparation processes, participation in public and private tenders, and experience with projects involving electrical, control, and automation systems
- Intermediate-advanced English language skills
- A high sense of commitment and responsibility, results-oriented, and analytical ability
You will work closely with the factory management, commercial, engineering, and procurement teams to meet submission deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
