responsibilities
provide administrative and analytical support for the performance of all outside service agreements related to maintenance, airport operating agreements, construction, and property management.
Prepare and administer contract bid solicitation process to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
Prepare and monitor construction contracts and subsequent change orders, analyze applications for payment to ensure contract compliance.
Monitor and track operating agreements and interface with related departments to ensure contract compliance.
Prepare and administer documentation required for payments of obligations including insurance and maintenance charges.
Prepare comparative analysis reports of monthly facility expenditures to determine and resolve discrepancies.
Develop and maintain automated statistical facility information.
Prepare and administer execution of lease agreement packages to ensure accuracy and authorization for funding.
Monitor goods and services acquired through purchase order process for timely receipt, appropriate account coding and funding.
Assist in development of policies and procedures to ensure good business practices and compliance with corporate policy.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree.
Four (4) years of experience in contract administration in lease agreements or construction contracts.
Knowledge of fdx automated systems.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Fluent in english and local country language.
