reports to: research director
responsibilities
* support the implementation and ongoing services for tracking, proprietary, and syndicated market research programs.
* assist with various market research activities, including field management, questionnaire specifications, sample programming qa, and data processing specifications.
* contribute to quality assurance (qa) processes for survey data.
* aid in the production of deliverables by creating reports and presentations using established tools and templates.
* help analyze data and identify key market insights.
* collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to meet study deadlines and complete project components.
qualifications
* background: marketing, administration, business, etc.
* 4+ years of experience in market research and/or related fields
* education: bachelor’s degree
* strong organizational skills and high attention-to-detail
* ability to write technical documents
* proficient in ms office suite (power point, excel, word)
* spss experience is not required, but preferred
* python experience is not required, but preferred
